A 30-year resident of The Foothills, I want our community to be its best and our HOA fees lowest.
Having sold my successful medical distributorship, I now enjoy retirement and good health. A social person by nature, I truly enjoyed gathering bylaws petition signatures door-to-door and my current position on the Landscape Committee.
Our bylaws change instituted term limits and our new Directors have done a laudable job. They have instituted several committees that are attending to HOA matters, previously ignored, but presented to us as having been resolved.
In less than one year, our HOA Board has improved our management greatly, but still needs to fix many issues left over from our past, such as amateur accounting and expensive contracts.
I hope to be a Board Director and will vote for the best for our HOA and Members.
