Rob and his wife moved to The Foothills in 1997. Rob is currently the President of the Foothills Community Association. Rob retired as a Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff at General Dynamics Mission Systems, where he led several large, complicated projects. Rob holds two engineering degrees from Iowa State University. Rob is also a former small business owner, and his business received an A rating from the Better Business Bureau.
In 2019 Rob began working on reform efforts in our HOA, culminating with the approval of key Bylaws amendments on July 30, 2020. During that process, Rob created a website at www.thefoothillsinfo.com to provide independent information to the Foothills HOA community. You can find Rob’s campaign platform there. Rob’s primary focus is on increasing transparency and accountability within our HOA. Together, we can ensure optimal management of our HOA while keeping our dues as low as possible.
